A son who has overcome a life-threatening condition is helped by his family with his first property-developing venture - a three-bedroom semi in Miles Green in Stoke. The other two auction lots are a two-bedroom maisonette in Bow in London and a piece of land in Kings Heath destined to be a large house. Martin, Dion and Martel talk to the new owners to hear their plans on how they hope to make some money from their investments.
