Episode 5

The shop is approaching its one-year anniversary and Gareth and Ryan throw a party for the cake queens. The girls come up with a showstopping creation to mark the occasion but a slip almost ruins everything.
Superfan of the shop, Hilary, makes an 80-mile round trip from Bristol to order the perfect cake for her dream 21st. A design student, she arrives – much to Gareth's delight - equipped with mood board and colour palette for her big day.
Like Hilary, the people of Cardiff can't get enough macarons, cupcakes and treats but the team are struggling to keep up with demand with so little space. The boys think they've found the ideal new base to expand but it's a big business decision to take.
Meanwhile, Joe arrives at the shop looking for a cake for his mum who Gareth and Ryan quickly agree deserves a very special thank you.
