Omid will be pushed to his limits each week as he devours dish after dish, incuding a Crocodile Inferno curry and a notorious Bullet Chilli. The series will examine the chemistry behind the ingredients and cooking processes, and use a special ‘heat rig' to measure the effects on Omid's body.
