Builder Andrew White must rally his team to finish a beach bungalow, or Seth O'Byrne and Mia Tidwell risk losing the buyer. Mia creates a one-of-a-kind open house and Seth brings in high-end brokers in hopes of selling a Wild West-themed estate.

Rock the Dock
Working with a homeowner's limited budget, Andrew tackles a worn-down rental property and must get creative so Mia's client can get top dollar for the sale. Seth and Mia go overboard on an open house for a multi-million dollar waterfront home.

Andrew invests his own money to buy a large, neglected house in Escondido, CA, in hopes of flipping it for a profit. Meanwhile, Seth and Mia explore San Diego to find their new clients, and their adorable dog, a luxury condo.

When Andrew uncovers structural work needed in a backyard makeover, this beautification project becomes a full-scale exterior remodel. Meanwhile, Seth and Mia help two new clients find a luxury property with good vibes.

Andrew has grand plans for redesigning a kitchen to bring in a bigger sales price, but the budget may be more than the sellers bargained for. Seth and Mia help clients search for their dream estate, and the decision may come down to the best wine room.
