The team joins a treasure hunt around the hotel searching for valuable emeralds claimed to be hidden at Babylon. Anna takes the lead despite being so close to having her baby.

When Emily's estranged father turns up at Babylon, she wants him to leave, but he has something he needs to tell her first. Meanwhile, Sam gambles Hotel Babylon and loses, and Tony meets his doppelganger and they put their uncanny resemblance to good use.

Sam enrols Juliet and the gang on a team-building course to improve their performance. However, the course leader has ulterior motives and Sam's plan backfires.

Sam bags the hotel's first royal wedding, with magazine rights, but a problem develops. Meanwhile, a kiss with Emily leaves Ben confused, and James's restaurant is in disarray.

James's future lies in Gino's hands when they are tasked with overseeing the extravagant funeral of a VIP guest. Meanwhile Sam has a one-night stand with a guest.

After a succession of intimate dates, Sam and Juliet begin to fall in love again, but the resurfacing of a buried truth threatens their reconciliation. Tony hosts a get-together.
