Return of the documentary following life in the Spanish resort, this time at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza as Easter sees the start of the new holiday season. Checking in this week is a female rugby team from Manchester looking to let off some steam, a couple returning to relive their honeymoon, and friends hoping for solace in the sun.
Episode 2
As the team at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza prepare to throw a party to show off the hotel to local travel agents, the Spanish resort is hit by a rare rainstorm, resulting in the hotel springing leaks and causing the electricity to cut out. Meanwhile, a 14-strong friendship group party in memory of their dear friend, and a couple celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at Benidorm's famously romantic waterfalls.

At Hotel Benidorm Plaza, it's all about making holiday dreams come true, whatever the season throws at them. This time, the sun rises on the Costa Blanca, and a crack team of housekeeping ninjas swoop around Hotel Benidorm Plaza. With the heat rising, a full house and a shortage of towels, it's up to new receptionist Ruben to deliver the goods.
In Benidorm, when the sun goes down, the city's hundreds of entertainers spring into action, and high on Hotel Director Angel's ‘to do list' is finding a new entertainer for the hotel. Benidorm resident and expat Essex girl, Jessie Brooke, is called in for an audition, and she doesn't have to wait long to find out if she hit the right note.
Flying in from Lancashire are the Parrot family. Grandma Marlene has treated her family to precious time together, but how will the family's nerves hold once she's given the keys to one of Benidorm's infamous mobility scooters?
Meanwhile, Benidorm superfan Jo faces the gut-wrenching task of visiting her dream apartment and locking up for the final time. We also meet sun, sea and sangria-loving Dave and Frank who are looking for the perfect Spanish break.
Episode 4
Staff at Hotel Benidorm Plaza are trying to keep their cool as the reception air conditioning has a temporary malfunction, while guest experience manager Rosanna sweeps Holly and Dan off to one of Benidorm's best-kept secrets. Owner Fede and his wife are turning 40 and have challenged hotel manager Angel to throw them a party at the hotel for the great and the good of Benidorm.

With the Benidorm Plaza full to bursting, and housekeeping pushed to their limits, the clock is ticking as bride-to-be Hannah and her hen party are keen to check into their rooms to get the party started. Meanwhile, restaurant manager Pepe is challenged by new hotel manager Angel to revamp his weekly Gala Dinner.

New receptionist Ruben is about to experience his first unhappy customer as he works his first solo shift, while groom-to-be Dwain is whisked away from his stag do to get wedding-ready with fitness instructor Sarah. Also checking in today are two friends, with Michael treating his old pal JJ to a weekend away at their favourite holiday hotspot, and the pair's tickets aren't the only thing he booked.
