Not ANice Hotel: Orlando, FL
Anthony faces an unsalvageable situation when he goes to the 350-room Anice Inn & Suites in Orlando, FL. The place is crawling with killer bees, bedbugs, and mold, and the owner doesn't have a clue about what's going on... or the money to fix it.

To Be or Not To Be: Cedar City, UT
Anthony travels to Cedar City, UT, to help the owners of the Stratford Court Hotel. Upon arrival, he discovers that they are already busy renovating the lobby... but haven't closed the hotel.

Hershey Addiction: Hershey, PA
Anthony is called in to help the struggling Simmons Motel & Suites in Hershey, PA.

Dirty Water Falls: Niagara Falls, NY
Anthony is called in to bail out the Waldorf Niagra, a hotel that has problems with dirty rooms and an inattentive GM and owner.

Sweating Bullets in Panama: David, Panama
Anthony travels to the Las Olas Resort in Panama and discovers that it's in the middle of nowhere and the cabs are unreliable. When he finally gets there, he finds bathrooms covered in an iron film, a bland pool area, and a restaurant with too many menu items for its own good.

See Smell By The Seashore: Virginia Beach, VA
The 24-room Sea Shell Motel in Virginia Beach is losing money. When Anthony arrives, he finds an older owner who doesn't want to change his ways and refuses to give refunds for poor rooms and lousy customer service. The owner's daughter and son-in-law have a plan to take over, but the other daughter has her own ideas.

Waterpan-Gate: Frankfort, KY
The Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort, KY, has finances that are out of control, a maintenance director that is more interested in a microbrewery than basic maintenance, and water pans in the ceiling.

Spinning Out of Control: Galena, IL
Anthony is called in to help the Grant Hills Motel in Galena, IL. However, he soon discovers that the motel's main issue isn't the poorly maintained rooms but the feuding sisters who run the place.

A Tall Odor in Myrtle Beach: Myrtle Beach, SC
Anthony deals with the Lancer Motel, a 59-room blight in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which suffers from disorganized management, bedbugs, and a staff that are paid far below minimum wage.

Underwear, Under Where?: Gatlinburg, TN
At the 120-room Brookside Resort in Gatlinburg, TN, Anthony has to deal with a manager who doesn't like to confront guests, overworked housekeepers, and filthy rooms.

Ex Marks the Spot: Bangor, ME
Anthony travels to Bangor, Maine, to help out the Charles Inn. Not only is the hotel losing money, but it has a noisy bar attached to the lobby and the manager insists that he owns 50% of the bar.
