The 18-room Clegg's Hotel on Fire Island has four bathroom for the guests, moldy carpets, and outdated furniture. When Anthony tries to turn the owner around, he gets nothing but resistance.

Anthony travels to a big cat refuge in Arkansas to bail out the owners, who need to bring enough money for their units to keep the refuge going.

In Soldotna, Alaska, Anthony tries to deal with a hotel owner who doesn't seem concerned about the fact that the fire department has given her multiple citations and who has lost her liquor license.

Rocky's Hot Tub Horror Show: Albany, NY
Cocca's Inn & Suites in Albany is having trouble holding onto staff, and the hot tubs in the rooms are a mess. Anthony has to deal with both problems and come up with a way to renovate a room in three days.

Jersey Shore Uproar: Wildwood, NJ
Anthony takes on a stubborn hotel owner in Wildwood, NJ, who insists on prorating her GM's salary even when she's in the hospital, and lets garbage build up on her property.

Lake Superior, Hotel Inferior: Bayfield, WI
Anthony travels to Bayfield, WI, to help Gruenke's First Street Inn & Restaurant. The 12-room inn has a successful restaurant, but the hotel itself isn't doing so well.

Outer Banks-Ruptcy
The owners of the Cape Hatteras Hotel have no choice but to sell, but Anthony warns them that their asking price is too high. As he tries to convince them to lower their demands, he also tries to solve the communication issues between staff and management.

Kentucky Conundrum
Anthony tries to bail out the Sunrise Inn in Williamstown, Kentucky. The owners have a major tourist attraction practically sitting on their doorstep, but no idea how to run a hotel.

Desert Disaster
In Palm Springs, Anthony finds a new owner caught between the old GM and the new one. Worse, the owner has a 19-year-lease that she can't possibly pay off unless Anthony loans some major assistance.

Chaos on the Cape
A theater owner calls Anthony in to check out his motel, and Anthony quickly discovers that the owner doesn't pay nearly as much attention to the motel as he does to his other properties. The staff are stressed and an ominous for-sale sign outside makes them feel that their jobs are in jeopardy.

West Coast Wipe Out
Anthony arrives to hep out the Oceana Beach Hotel and finds it plagued with dirty rooms, a filthy outdoor area, 10% credit card charge-backs, and a family that doesn't know who can't decide is in charge of managing the property.

Waterpark Bug-Out
When Anthony arrives at the Maui Sands Hotel and Indoor Waterpark, he finds indifferent owners, an overworked staff, freezing water, roaches, and bedbugs.
