Melinda quits her job at the Country Club and gets another as bartender at Hotel Malibu. Her colleague, Harry is half-way forced to get Nancy Salducci a job cleaning hotel rooms. Commissioner Reynolds is being bribed by the hotel's manager to let it be torn down. However, the Commissioner is even more tempted by Nancy Salducci's female attraction.

He is too eager to overcome the buraucratic obstacles at the county to sell the hotel. So the 'Do not disturb'-sign is still at the Commissioner's hotel suite door.
