Our hosts, (A husband and wife team) help find the compromise when a couple can't agree on what country they should live in. He wants to stay in New Zealand and she wants to move to Australia.
Our house hunting couple want different things in a property. They can agree on most things but when it comes to buying their new home there is one sticking point. He wants to live in one location and she has a completely different idea of where their dream home should be located.
This is where our hosts comes to save the day. One host will make the case for one point of view, while the other host will represent the others viewpoint. We candidly explore both options and our couple develops a clear idea of what both options entail over the course of the show. However both hosts understand they are here to help the couple find a house they can both be happy with.
We tour three houses in each country and all have their pros and cons. But which house with they choose and in which country?
This is a show that seeks to help couples resolve their differences before they make the biggest purchase of their lives. We tour some amazing houses along the way and viewers will be inspired by the aspirational nature of the show.
While there is some conflict, it's always done in good spirit and with a happy resolution' Even if that means one of our house hunters has to compromise.
Our hosts have great banter as they champion each a cause.
