To make every dollar count in their tight budget, they bring in a designer and a contractor to help make sense of a tricky bathroom layout, and they also tackle a cosmetic kitchen update. Both projects are moving forward until an unexpected chimney problem threatens to send their design plans -- and their renovation budget -- up in smoke.
