Nashville real estate agent Elliott has helped numerous people find their dream homes and now he is on the hunt for his own. His best friend Beta accompanies him as he searches for an older cottage reminiscent of the house from his childhood. Once he finds his dream home and the renovation process begins, Elliott is pushed to his limits as he faces issues from dangerous asbestos flooring to old rotted ceilings. It's a stressful process, but with the help of a hired contractor and designer, the end results are beyond his expectations.
