Erica and Jeff Look For A House They Can Renovate and Entertain Friends In
Erica and Jeff are ready to buy their first home together in the Los Angeles suburbs. Erica, a nurse, wants a clean and modern space, whereas her husband prefers a more rustic style; they're both hoping for an open floor plan for hosting poker night with their friends. Erica is open to a fixer-upper since she has great faith in Jeff's handyman skills. Jeff, on the other hand, is more reserved about his renovating abilities. Once they purchase a place, Jeff's renovating prowess immediately gets put to the test when they attempt to knock down a wall, but find some unexpected surprises inside.
