Chad and Kelsie are eager to buy their first home together in Austin, TX, and are looking for a three-bedroom home under $250,000. Since Chad is a part-time fitness trainer, he'd like a designated area to work out but also a place for a chicken coop. Kelsie is more focused on finding a colorful, funky home with room to practice yoga and an outdoor gardening space. Once they find a house and start remodeling, the couple soon finds out that renovation's not everything it's cracked up to be.
