The judges must choose between a 1970s bungalow given a dramatic new lease of life, a semi-detached home reimagined with flair for a young family and a penthouse apartment tailored to the requirements of its owners. Judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have truly poured their heart and soul into creating. Which will they decide deserves a place in the final?

Episode 2
Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen searches for the home that will be crowned Northern Ireland's House of the Year. The judges must decide between a carefully crafted new build with wood at its heart, a terraced home bursting with colour and character and a home designed to make the most of a stunning sea view.
Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have poured their heart and soul into creating. So which will they decide deserves a place in the final?

Episode 3
Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen continues his search to find Northern Ireland's House of the Year. The judges must choose between a new build created around a 65-foot long painting, a cottage built with traditional craftsmanship and a modern family home in County Tyrone designed for entertaining.
Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have poured their heart and soul into creating. So which will they decide is worthy of a place in the House of the Year final?

Episode 4
Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen leads the search to find Northern Ireland's House of the Year. The judges face a difficult decision when it comes to choosing between a contemporary, semi-rural home that's the perfect base for a family, a Scandi-styled semi with carefully curated accessories and a home with a touch of an Australian influence.
There's a heated debate in the judges' studio – so which will expert judges Jane, James and Patricia feel deserves a place in the House of the Year final?

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen search to find Northern Ireland's House of the Year continues. In the penultimate episode the judges have to choose between an upside-down house designed around spectacular sea views, a Georgian style home that's perfect for a young family and a house designed with sustainability in mind.
Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have put their heart and soul into creating. Which will they decide deserves to be the last contender for the title of House of the Year?

Episode 6
Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen hosts as the search to find Northern Ireland's best home reaches its climax. The fabulous five finalists gather to both see the competition for the very first time and come face to face with expert judges Jane, James and Patricia.
Only after hearing from the finalists will the expert trio make their final decision. So which home will be crowned House of the Year?
