Hustle - Season 1

Season 1

Episodes

The Con is On
Long con expert Mickey reunites his old team with the promise of one last score. The target is a greedy businessman tempted by the chance to make a fast buck on the stock market. The operation goes like clockwork, but is there one thing Mickey's missed?

Faking It
When Albert is viciously beaten up after cheating at cards, Mickey and the team are forced to wreak revenge the only way they know how: a long con. Although Frank Gorley, renowned bully and casino owner, has no discernible vices, the hustlers eventually find their bait. But can Danny Blue pull off his first con as inside man - playing a high-rolling, American movie producer?

Picture Perfect
Mickey is convinced the team is under a jinx, so when Danny comes up with an art scam that could net them six figures, Mickey is reticent. Not a man to be held back, Danny goes ahead regardless and cajoles his fellow hustlers into action. There are bigger obstacles than a jinx to overcome, though. The main one: how do they steal a famous painting without anyone even noticing?

Cops and Robbers
Mickey crosses paths with Victor Maher, the only man who's ever 'beaten' Albert Stroller. A former Fraud Squad officer, now head of security at a bank, Maher has something on Danny and, if Mickey doesn't help him catch the enigmatic robber who's plaguing his bank, Danny will go to prison. Can Mickey persuade the team to take part in a bank robbery?

A Touch of Class
Desperate for a lucrative con, the team decides to try the 'Congreve'. Katherine Winterborn is perfect bait. Bitter, vengeful and rich after an acrimonious divorce, she's an easy target for Mickey. Only there's a spark between them - with a lot riding on it, can Mickey keep his feelings in check, as events take an unexpected turn?

The Last Gamble
Mickey and his team attempt one of the oldest, most ambitious cons - 'the wire'. Although no grifter's tried it for 100 years, the wire is ideal for their mark, Anthony Reeves. A fat cat and recent recipient of a £500,000 golden handshake, Reeves also loves to bet on the horses. The team set to work on building a gambling club from scratch, but can they do it in time?

Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages.
