But after living with it for awhile, they can no longer tolerate the poorly laid out cramped quarters or the poorly functioning appliances. James Young helps them expand their space by incorporating an adjacent mudroom into the design. Then he walks them through maximizing the space they have with custom cabinetry, funky design features and lots of added color.

Eventually asked to assist with the official police investigation, headed by newly promoted Tanika, the women must piece together clues, grill suspect witnesses, and face down real danger as they work against the clock to stop the killer in their tracks.
