Episode 1
Balder has kept his family's past a secret, even from his partner, Helle. At the baptism of his first child, he organises a peaceful family gathering, but his plans get threatened when his father, Lars, shows up unannounced.

Episode 2
Balder tries to make the best of the situation, but Anne-Lise flees the scene when she sees her ex-husband Lars. Back in the happier '70s, Lars sends a photo of Anne-Lise's naked behind in a competition, resulting in a personal and domestic conflict.

Episode 3
Balder fails to stop Lars from telling Helle what he used to do for a living. In the 1970s, Balder and Bjørnar realise their father has put his marriage in jeopardy.

Episode 4
Lars and Anne-Lise can't contain their resentment, disrupting the ceremony before it begins. In the past, Balder falls in love with a Danish nude model. Back at the christening party, Lars shows all the guests how his films are actually innocent.

Episode 5
In the 1980s, Balder feels embarrassed when his friends find one of his father's films. Back at the christening party, Balder locks up Bjørnar in the basement when he threatens to disclose Balder's yet another secret.

Episode 6
Balder makes an aggressive attempt to finish the christening quickly. In the 1990s, Norway bans pornographic films, forcing Anne-Lise to return to her teaching job. Back at the christening, Balder finally loses it completely.

Episode 7
The day ends and no baby has been baptised. Instead, Lars hosts a party on his boat, but Balder interrupts the karaoke to share something with everyone. Back in the 1990s, Balder and Bjørnar nearly escape a police raid.

Episode 8
The events of the failed christening have Helle ready to leave Balder, but he gets one last chance to make things right. In the past, Lars and Bjørnar are arrested outside Remy's sex shop with a van full of illegal porn.
