Katie weighs seventeen stone and struggles with the camps rigorous exercise routine. Lana is the heaviest girl on the camp and working as her mum's carer, has seen her self confidence dwindle, she hopes the camp will help her find new self-confidence in just five weeks.
Episode 2
This episode features Stephen, a 13-year-old who has a history of challenging behaviour that soon lands him in trouble. Amy and her twin sister Beth, both aged 15, enter the program, but one of the sisters leaves the program. Sebastian, aged 14 has come from Switzerland, who makes his first ever proper friend.
