It's the start of another season on the party island of Ibiza and with the holidaymakers making ready for a summer of fun Head Rep David is busy gathering his team of reps to give the guests the weekend of their lives. With a new team ethos in place of ‘back to basics, guests come first' will David be able to keep his crew focused on the job in hand?

Episode 2
Much to David's frustration and Jordan's disapproval, relationships are blossoming, with Tash and Jaden getting together and Riva and Callum growing closer.

Episode 3
Tash feels awkward as she realises she is starting to have feelings for Jaden, and Head rep David decides to treat himself.

Episode 4
It's the start of another explosive weekend on the White Isle of Ibiza - with El Jefe putting pressure on Callum and Tash to come clean over their secret.

Episode 5
After last week's relationship fireworks, David is determined to lay down the law and shake it all up a bit as he has booked in the hotel's first ever hen party.

Episode 6
A determined El Jefe plans to get tough on the team and end all the recent dramas - but will the threat of being sacked be enough to pull the reps into line?

As the Party Isle of Ibiza gets ready for its next influx of guests, David and his team of reps face one of their most surprising weekenders yet, and that's not just down to Jordan's birthday!

As Ibiza braces itself for the next Weekender guests to arrive, El Jefe's team is finally drama free, that is until a surprise drop in puts the spotlight firmly on David.

It's nearly the end of the party season on the white Isle and just when things seem to finally be going El Jefe's way, disaster strikes when the team are out on a beach bonding day.

Jordan contemplates his future as a rep as the season draws to a close, while David is keen to make sure the final weekend goes well.
