Later in New York City, we head to the totally revolutionary Tipsy Scoop, a "Barlour," that serves up boozy scoops using secret techniques to create a Maple Bourbon Bacon favor that might just leave you a bit loopy. So, show your ID at the door and belly up to the bar! Seven delectable locations will be featured all with a unique and tasty twist on the dessert Americans are obsessed with.
