Amanda and Mariah
Amanda is a mother of two who is also raising her boyfriend's son from a previous relationship. Pregnant with their first child together, Amanda believes she should give her baby up to a same-sex couple due to their economic situation. Mariah is 8-months pregnant with her second child. Although she loves being a mother, she knows she cannot afford another child and doesn't want to turn out like many other girls in her community: a young, struggling, single mother.
Jamie and Sydney
Jamie, already a single mother of 3, is pregnant again but can she afford to keep a 4th or will she place the baby? Recent college grad Sydney doesn't want to be a struggling single mom and makes a controversial choice in adoptive parents.
Brandalynn and Mercedes
Brandalynn's mom almost placed her for adoption, will Brandalynn follow her footsteps and keep her baby or will she place? Mercedes doesn't want to be a teen mom, but will she lose her boyfriend and his family if she places their baby for adoption?
Sarah and Nicole
Nicol faces fierce opposition from her family and the baby's father when she decides to place her baby for adoption. Sarah tries to clean up her act and mend her relationship with her dad while struggling to go through with adoption.
Megan and Lindsay
Megan is adamant adoption is best for her baby, but does her ex agree? As she gets close to giving birth will her conviction waiver? Lindsay is pregnant with twins and it's high risk but she wants to have a home birth at the adoptive couple's house.
