The Foundation Day Fair is coming up, and the Academy Knights discuss what sort of shop they should open. An offhanded comment by Rae leads to the proposal of a cross-dressing café.

Rae makes the most of the Foundation Day Fair, working hard at the cross-dressing café and even convincing Claire to walk around the fair with her. But an incident with a group of bitter commoners casts a shadow over the festive atmosphere...

The Royal Academy is rocked by scandal when a noble student allegedly attacks a commoner student with magic. The situation escalates when the attacker receives minimal punishment, spurring commoners to protest so violently that the school must be closed.
