In the series opener, U.S. Marshal Mary Shannon of the Witness Protection Program tries to solve the murder of a mobster's son who was under her watch. Meanwhile, she must deal with her dysfunctional family on her birthday.

Hoosier Daddy
Mary must protect a drug dealer's young son, who has been adopted by another WITSEC family, after the dad sues for custody upon his release from prison. Mary realizes the case is an attempt to keep the boy from testifying against his father's boss, but she has a difficult time proving it to the judge.

Never the Bride
Mary poses as a bridesmaid to protect a diamond smuggler who planned a high-profile wedding while in the program.

Trojan Horst
Marshall and Mary are stranded in the desert with a prisoner after hit men sabotage their vehicle, wounding Marshall in the process. Meanwhile, Jinx uncovers a painful truth about her past and vows, yet again, to clean up her act.

Who Shot Jay Arnstein?
An art dealer under Mary's watch is shot, and the suspects include his mistress and his wife, who supposedly is unaware of the other woman.

High Priced Spread
Brothers in the program run into trouble when one of them, a college basketball star, develops a dangerous gambling habit.

Iris Doesn't Live Here Anymore
An arrogant doctor and his family must move after his daughter witnesses a gang shooting, and the stress of adjusting to living in the program threatens to tear the once close-knit clan apart.

Mary loses a witness in a car accident and investigates if the event was related to his former life.

A one-night stand with a witness comes back to haunt Mary when he's accused of murder.

Mary and Brandi's boyfriend Chuck are abducted in separate incidents, leading the Feds to believe there is a connection between the cases.

A Fine Meth
Season 1 ends with Mary fearing for her job after Brandi's involvement with drug trafficking is revealed. Meanwhile, Stan and Marshall take on a special assignment.
