"Detective Buddha" Xiao Kuang is appointed by his superiors to be in charge of anti-phone fraud. With the help of Fang Xin Yu, a female network security expert, the very influential "student case" is solved. However, Xiao Shu Ye, who suddenly returns to his hometown, secretly becomes the new leader of telecommunications fraud and targets the citizens' information from a large website. Xiao Kuang and Fang Xin Yu lead police officers to track them down, and they finally find Shu Ye's true face and destroy his evil goal. Xiao Kuang and Fang Xin Yu continue to fight on the frontlines of anti-phone fraud.
