Kamp mot klokka
In the first of six episodes, the brothers are in Sandnes, preparing for a season featuring the European Championship and the Olympics while their father and former coach, Gjert, is under investigation. Jakob is uncertain about his form after a long injury break. Henrik struggles with making ends meet. Filip, now injury-free, aims to return to the top.

In the second of six episodes, the Ingebrigtsen brothers are at the training camp in Flagstaff, Arizona. Filip is uncertain after several disappointing seasons. Pregnant Elisabeth joins the camp to spend time with Jakob. Henrik talks with Liva, who is struggling at home. The day before Filip's first race, Gjert Ingebrigtsen is charged.

Valgets kvaler
In the third of six episodes, Filip is ready to run his first race in Huelva, Spain. On the same day, the news breaks that his father has been charged. Henrik and Jakob are still at the training camp in Flagstaff. Liva is struggling at home, so Henrik makse a choice at the expense of his training. Jakob is in the US and is treated like a king by his main sponsor, Nike.

In the fourth of six episodes, the season is underway, and Jakob makes his debut against Josh Kerr and Jake Wightman, who have previously snatched victory from him. In Brussels, Henrik tries to qualify for the European Championships. Filip must meet the 3:36 requirement in the 1500 meters to be considered for the European Championship. At Bislett Games, a "duel" takes place.

Hat-trick
In the fifth of six episodes, Jakob and Henrik are in Rome for the European Championship. Jakob believes Henrik's challenges are mental, not physical. Back home in Sandnes, Elisabeth is waiting to give birth. Both brothers run the 5000 meters, and Jakob wins. Filippa is born, and the family gathers. At the Norwegian Championship in Sandnes, the guys enjoy running in front of their home crowd.

Et Kamikaze-løp
In the final episode, Jakob sets a record at the Norwegian Championship in a duel with Narve. At home, Jakob and Elisabeth enjoy time with newborn Filippa before he leaves for the Olympics. Filip becomes a father of two and must choose between family and the Olympics. Jakob fails in the 1500m but redeems himself in the 5000m. Back home, the brothers plan their future with new goals in sight.

The Floor
The Floor is a physical quiz show that sees 81 contestants face off in quiz duels on a giant LED floor divided into a 9×9 grid of squares, each representing its own field of knowledge.
The first challenger, selected at random, must choose one of his or her neighboring opponents to go head-to-head in an epic quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square, gaining valuable ground as they expand their territory, while the loser exits the game. The winner must then choose – do they continue on and attempt to secure another square? Or do they let The Floor choose a new challenger? The last contestant standing who gains full control over The Floor takes home a life-changing $250,000 cash prize.
