Director of the archeology department at the University of Marseille, Roxane Delage wakes up half-undressed in a house she does not know and next to the corpse of a man. Panicked, she erases her tracks and flees. Back home, Roxane finds her husband Alexis, and her 8-year-old daughter, Alma, from whom she hides her mishap. It was then that the policeman Hugo Combas arrived to arrest him. He has just learned from his doctor that his cancer left him little chance of survival.
