Season 3
Sue Perkins presents the third series of the comedy panel show all about famous people, past and present, who have just one thing in common: they share the same first name.
Our host invites two teams, headed up by captains Richard Osman and Josh Widdicombe, to battle it out, answering questions and competing to earn the right, at the end of the game, to decide the greatest ever bearer of that week's name.

In episode four, Josh is joined by Ed Gamble and historian Suzannah Lipscomb, and Richard is joined by Katy Brand and the BBC's media editor Amol Rajan.

Christmas
In this special festive edition, Josh is joined by Jack Dee and historian Suzannah Lipscomb and Richard is joined by Martin Kemp and Liz Bonnin. In a twist to the usual format, different names are discussed, all with a link to Christmas. So expect fiendish facts about everyone from the baby Jesus to Noel Edmonds!

John

The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
Against this backdrop of change, the story begins in 1882 — introducing young Marian Brook, the orphaned daughter of a Union general, who moves into the New York City home of her thoroughly old money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
In this exciting new world that is on the brink of the modern age, will Marian follow the established rules of society, or forge her own path?
