Susan and the staff are entertained by the passengers as Beyonce and Jay Z are in town, Conductor Catherine takes us on a journey over the border and the TransPeninnine staff struggle to get their customers on trains as there is cancellations across the board. There's romance under the clock and Sajid is on his last shift before he retires after 45 years in the station. Can Gold Command keep the network running as Storm Hector causes havoc on the tracks? And will the Beyonce revellers get home safe with no slips, trips and falls?
