New boarding pass security scanners cause confusion when passengers believe face down means holding their face against the scanner, rather than their boarding pass. The final episode of this two-part documentary follows those on the front line up to the Chief Executive as the airport carries out a full-scale emergency operation, later described as 'chaotic' by one police officer. As Japanese tourists descend on the airport, retailers hope for a boost to trade. However the cashmere scarves don't prove as
popular as hoped. This week's episode also sees British Airways launch their new Edinburgh lounge at a cost of £1.5million, the biggest investment the airline has made in Scotland.
