New boarding pass security scanners cause confusion when passengers believe face down means holding their face against the scanner, rather than their boarding pass. Management descend on the shop floor to help on the busiest day of the year as 40,000 passengers pass through the airport but things start to go wrong when the main baggage belt fails. The final episode of this two-part documentary follows those on the front line up to the Chief Executive as the airport carries out a full-scale emergency operation, later described as 'chaotic' by one police officer.
