And at company HQ, senior chocolatier Rhona is perfecting a luxury chocolate biscuit in three flavours - peppermint, hazelnut and salted caramel. However, there's a mysterious problem on the production line.

They have been waiting to open the doors for nine weeks, in time for Christmas, but there is an issue with the lease.
