Chocolate sculptor Rhona takes on her most challenging project yet - a chocolate version of King Kong and Godzilla meeting for a hot chocolate in Manhattan, while in the Derby store the team are bracing themselves for Christmas.

Cameras focus on how staff at the Sheffield branch cope with customer demand for Valentine's Day. A new Chocmobile is collected from Crewe ahead of a busy shift at London's Hyde Park. And at company HQ, senior chocolatier Rhona is perfecting a luxury chocolate biscuit in three flavours - peppermint, hazelnut and salted caramel. However, there's a mysterious problem on the production line.

Hotel Chocolat has a VIP visitor, the Princess Royal. HRH is partial to dark chocolate, but how will she respond to the offer of the new peanut butter and jelly flavour? CEO Angus is back in New York City. After the success of the company's first store in Manhattan, a second is due to open close to Central Park. But there's a problem. They have been waiting to open the doors for nine weeks, in time for Christmas, but there is an issue with the lease.
