Wil Wheaton (Star Trek, The Big Bang Theory) joins us again this week to follow up our first conversation about his trauma recovery, being a survivor of child abuse and isolation from his family. Wil talks about the experience of re-traumatizing himself to expose what still needs to be worked on while sharing the tactics he uses to prioritize his current well being by having convos with his past self. We also talk about the validation and support he receives from his Star Trek family, how he's shining a light on new talent with ‘It's Storytime,' and the idea of trying to feel normal.
