Aniston has repeatedly been named one of People magazine's Most Beautiful People in the World, Woman of the Year by GQ magazine and has won four People's Choice awards as America's favorite television performer. In the interview, Aniston reflects on her career including her early days in the movie Leprechaun up to her current role in the summer movie Horrible Bosses.
