Day in the Life

The iconic yet discreet hotel in the heart of London's Mayfair throws open its doors to cameras for the very first time as we learn the secrets of five-star service. In the first episode, we enjoy a full day in the life of the hotel, meeting the people who eat, sleep and breathe Four Seasons, keeping the hotel running like clockwork 24/7 - including in-house florist Ros, chef Sian, house-keeping manager Gyorgy, and Head of Guest Experience Andrea.

In this edition, we meet some of the hotel's most exclusive visitors and discover the lengths staff go to ensure that everyone has the perfect five star stay. Head of Guest Experience Andrea La Morella reveals how he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make guest dreams come true. It's all hands on deck to prepare the hotel for the arrival of its founder, hotelier and philanthropist Isadore Sharp. Will they impress the man who started it all? And star of Strictly and Countdown, Rachel Riley checks in with her family.

Love
This time, love is in the air at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
From romantic to platonic, find out what the hotel would do for love. On the side of romance, we meet a couple whose son, Lowe (which means ‘Love' in Swedish), was born at the hotel,. Andrea saves an anniversary with some emergency heart-shaped balloons and we get a masterclass in how to do a "Four Seasons romantic turndown".
Elsewhere around the hotel, florist Ros has her hands full with a last-minute order of 500 mixed roses for a very particular guest, Chef Benjamin celebrates a very special anniversary, the 150th visit of superfan diner Mary and a Very Important Pooch gets a five star welcome.
Plus there's love in the Four Seasons family with a "bromance" in the engineering department, an exciting opportunity for a much-loved room attendant from Ukraine, and a fond farewell for one of the veteran stewards.

Pavyllon
Assistant Director of sales Lindsey has a deal worth hundreds of thousands of pounds on the table with the CEO of a luxury travel company. Can she do enough to win the business? There's excitement and nerves as the esteemed Yannick Alleno, holder of 15 Michelin stars and Pavyllon's creator, pays a visit. Pastry sous chef Shini has just one shot to impress Chef Yannick with a dessert that has been months in the making. But will her hard work pay off? And Head of Purchasing Ian Maynard gives us a peek into the most restricted area of the hotel - the wine cellar - which holds around a quarter of a million pounds worth of spirit, wine and cigars.

Bob's Burgers
The series follows Bob who runs Bob's Burgers, with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Despite the greasy counters and lousy location, the Belchers are determined to make every "Grand Re-Re-Re-opening" a success. Bob's wife, Linda, stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old Tina has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
