Helen Skelton goes behind the scenes of Kellogg's, discovering the stories behind the creation of the company's famous mascots, from Tony the Tiger to Coco Monkey, and hears about plans to reduce the sugar content in cereal. Helen also visits a life-long cereal memorabilia collector and finds out why Coco Pops have been turning pink.

Helen Skelton goes behind the scenes of McCain, the world's largest chip company and meets the voice of their advertising campaigns, Ricky Tomlinson. She also discovers the new products McCain is developing to appeal to the next generation, visits a farm that supplies McCain to find out how they are coping with the increasingly unpredictable weather, and gets access to a top-secret lab where the brand is testing new varieties of potatoes.

Helen Skelton uncovers the inside secrets of Warburtons, discovering why the UK's bestselling bakery brand is branching into the luxury cake market and learning about bread waste. Helen also sees how they make their classic White Toastie loaf and crumpets, and meets the quality team who count the holes in crumpets to ensure perfection.

Wall's
Helen Skelton goes behind the scenes of Wall's, the UK's biggest ice cream brand, and meets the team developing a new lolly for the company's 100th birthday. Helen also discovers the sensory relationship people have with ice cream and meets some of the ice cream van sellers who are keeping this British tradition alive.

Guinness
Helen Skelton goes behind the scenes of Guinness, finding out why they are launching a new alcohol-free beer, before discovering how stout can appeal to the next generation. She also meets a superfan who exposes badly pulled pints on his Instagram account, and looks back at some of the company's most iconic adverts.

Typhoo
Helen Skelton goes behind the scenes of Typhoo, and meets the team tasked with reinvigorating one of the UK's biggest tea brands following in light of a recent decline in sales. Helen also meets Su Pollard, the star of one of their most famous advertising campaigns, and sees Typhoo trying to become more sustainable as they trial a new plastic-free teabag.

Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch
There are some places on earth where the land just seems different, and Blind Frog Ranch in eastern Utah is one of those places. Locals say the land is cursed. EastEnders
Set in the East End of London, the show focuses on the tensions between love and family with stories ranging from hard-hitting social issues, to personal, human tragedies. And there's plenty of funny moments too.
Classic characters old and new across thousands of episodes have shared a drink in The Queen Vic, shed tears of despair or joy, sat on Arthur's bench in the Square... and at some point or other they probably crossed paths with Ian Beale.
