At the same time, both the terrorist act on 22 July and the triple murders in Årdal showed that preparedness in the districts is lacking. During the most demanding missions, all police districts have specially trained emergency units that deal with the situation. Insider has been allowed to follow one of these local units as they prepare for armed actions and terrorist attacks in their district.
