In his time, Ingemar Lillevold was convicted in a serious rape case against three Russian women, in tonight's program he is released for the first time in ten years. The court believes he is dangerous to those around him, but lets him go anyway, without anyone there to look after him. We also follow the doormen in Oslo at work in a city where violence is constantly escalating and new precautions must be taken.
