When Highgate Red Watch is sent to a blazing house where a three-year-old is reportedly trapped inside, the team knows they have to act swiftly - a young life is at stake.

Highgate Red Watch's Joe and George hone their car crash rescue skills in preparation for a national competition, putting their road rescue expertise to the test.

While training as part of the team, Highgate Red Crew Commander Joe Poynton faces a heart stopping moment when his sister is caught up in an actual Road Traffic Collision. Unable to help, as he is off duty, Joe watches from the side-lines as firefighters from Walsall Green Watch work to save his sister.

Finally, Sheldon White Watch takes an unusual approach to the classic animal conundrum – how to get a cat out of a tree.
