Day 4
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers present coverage from the Invictus Games in Sydney. They are joined in the studio by former Olympian Ian Thorpe as the swimming finals take place at the Aquatics Centre in the Olympic Park. The UK team have many great medal hopes, including Mike Goody, who won eight gold medals at the first two games so will be looking to add to that total after missing the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto. Liz Johnson and Matt Chilton provide the commentary.

Big Brother
Big Brother follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with dozens of high-definition cameras and microphones recording their every move, 24 hours a day. Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining Houseguest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

From Season 5 the show was renamed "Gruen Planet" and expanded the topics covered to include political and commercial "spin" as well as advertising. In 2015 it is re-named as Gruen.
