Battle to the Start Line
As Prince Harry prepares to launch the third Invictus Games in Toronto, we meet four members of the UK Armed Forces team who, despite suffering life-changing physical and mental injuries on the front line, have battled against all odds to rebuild their lives.
In this powerful and inspirational documentary narrated by Carmen Ejogo, the three former soldiers and combat medic reveal their darkest hours and moments of unexpected joy, whilst preparing to compete with 16 other nations on the sports field.

Opening Ceremony Highlights and Day 1
Ade Adepitan and Daraine Mulvihill present coverage of the 2017 Invictus Games, live from Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, Canada. There are highlights of the opening ceremony, including Prince Harry, Justin Trudeau and Mike Myers, plus performances from Alessia Cara and Sarah McLachlan.
There is also coverage of day one of the athletics from the York Lions Stadium, with Paralympian Stef Reid reporting from the track side.

Day 2, Part 1
Daraine Mulvihill and former Royal Marine and Invictus athlete JJ Chalmers present live from Toronto, where they are joined by special guests and introduce highlights of the second day of athletics. Comedian Stewart Francis celebrates Canada's 150th anniversary.

Day 3
Ade Adepitan and Daraine Mulvihill are joined by Tanni Grey-Thompson for coverage of the final day of athletics from the Toronto Invictus Games. JJ Chalmers reports from the cycling time trials, and the presenters catch up with the families of the UK Armed Forces team, who have travelled to Toronto to support their loved ones.

Day 4
Ade Adepitan and Daraine Mulvihill present coverage of the fourth day of action, live from the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, and put viewers' questions to athletes.
Steve Brown reports on the powerlifting, there are highlights from the wheelchair tennis finals, and Rachael Latham follows the UK team's captain as he tees off in the golf.
Plus a look at a unique motor-racing team with big ambitions.

Day 5
JJ Chalmers and Ade Adepitan present coverage live from Toronto of the third Invictus Games, with a poolside report from former Paralympian Rachael Latham as the swimming gets under way at the Pan Am Sports Centre.
There are also highlights from the cycling and the sitting volleyball, and Steve Brown has an update on the wheelchair rugby from the Mattamy Athletic Centre.

Day 6
JJ Chalmers and Daraine Mulvihill present coverage of the final day of swimming, and Ade Adepitan has the latest news from the wheelchair basketball preliminary stages.

Day 7
JJ Chalmers and Daraine Mulvihill are joined live in the Toronto studio by former Paralympic swimmer Liz Johnson for highlights of the Invictus swimming finals. Steve Brown is courtside at the wheelchair basketball, and Stef Reid reports on the archery.

Day 8 and Closing Ceremony Highlights
JJ Chalmers and Daraine Mulvihill welcome UK medal winners to the studio and catch up with Ade Adepitan and the wheelchair basketball final. There are also highlights from the closing ceremony, with performances from Bryan Adams, Kelly Clarkson and Bruce Springsteen.
