Day One
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers get BBC One's coverage of the Invictus Games under way from the Netherlands. After being postponed twice, the event is back with more than 500 injured, wounded and sick military personnel from around the world. Members of the UK team share their inspirational stories of how the power of sport has transformed their lives. There will be highlights of the opening ceremony, and the first day of athletics gets underway in The Hague.

Day Two
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers introduce coverage of the latest events from the Invictus Games in The Hague, as the athletics continues. We meet some of those hoping to win on the track such as former army corporal Lisa Johnston and former army guardsman Craig Godsall, who are competing at their first Invictus Games. Commentary comes from Ronald McIntosh and Paralympian Stef Reid. Some of the family members, who have travelled from the UK to support the team, share their thoughts with Alex and JJ on what makes the Invictus Games so special.

Day Three
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers introduce highlights of all the day's sporting action from the Invictus Games in the Netherlands. In the studio Alex and JJ are joined by special guests and explore the inspiring stories of recovery and rehabilitation. The first medals in a team sport are decided today as the sitting volleyball competition comes to a conclusion. The UK team will be hoping to contend for medals, but the competition has become more intense each year. Matt Chilton is in the commentary box, and Steve Brown reports on how the UK team has performed in the archery.

Day Four
From The Hague in the Netherlands, Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers introduce highlights of the day's sporting action and hear some of the incredible stories from the Invictus Games. Tonight, the focus is on the swimming finals, where the UK team have many great medal hopes, including former RAF corporal Sally Renard. Former Paralympian Liz Johnson and Matt Chilton commentate.

Day Five
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers introduce highlights of the day's sporting action. In the studio, they are joined by special guests and hear some remarkable stories of recovery and rehabilitation. There's coverage from the wheelchair rugby finals, where the UK team are hoping to feature in the medals. Commentary comes from Steve Brown and Eddie Butler. Paralympian Stef Reid reports from the rowing finals, where UK team captain Rachel Williamson is hoping to repeat her gold medal success at the 2018 games.

Day Six
Alex Jones and JJ Chalmers end the week's coverage of the Invictus Games with highlights of the final day of sporting action. In the road cycling, Richard Gray and Victoria Wales are just two of the UK team competing for a podium finish. Commentary comes from Matt Chilton and former Invictus Games double gold medallist Steve Arnold. The wheelchair basketball medals are at stake, with the UK team hoping to make it all the way to the finals. There is also an update from Stef Reid on how the team has performed in the powerlifting.

Bake Off: The Professionals
Twelve professional duos from across the U.K. go head to head in a series of competitive heats judged by celebrated pastry chefs Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin.
In each episode the expert pairs are challenged to two rounds that will test their professional ability and allow them to showcase their creative flair. A new presenting line up of Tom Allen and Liam Charles will offer their own comedic take on events in the professional's kitchen.
