Vermouth-makers forage on the coast of Valentia Island, a helicopter operation hangs in the balance on Rathlin Island and a goat herder in Howth is on an important mission to save an Irish species from going extinct. A farmer in the other-worldly landscape of the Burren continues an ancient yearly tradition known as the Winterage.

Episode 3
A chef in Kilcolgan, Galway Bay, cooks the first native oysters of the season, the staff of Ireland's only seal rescue centre attempt to return two young seals back to the wild and explorers travel 50 metres below ground in the Marble Arch Caves.
