Season 12
Ireland's Fittest Family is back for its 12th season. Coaches Davy Fitzgerald, Anna Geary, Donncha O'Callaghan and Sonia O'Sullivan are back and looking to bring home the title this year. Camogie star and uber competitive Anna Geary is back on the show and will go head-to-head with fellow Cork sporting legends Sonia and rugby star Donncha, as well as Clare hurling legend Davy. Olympian Sonia will be sprinting back into action for her second season, bringing her world-class experience and determination. Presented by Laura Fox, the upcoming series of Ireland's Fittest Family features brand-new challenges including The Drop Zone, and Raft Rage.

Episodes

Episode 1
It's set to be one of the most competitive seasons yet with Sonia O'Sullivan, Anna Geary, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan all vying to coach a super fit family to the title.

Episode 2
This episode features the Flaherty family, including the late Cillian Flaherty, from Dublin, the McLoughlins from Laois, the Fagans from Wicklow, and the Adamowicz family from Cork.

Episode 3
Donncha's Collins family from Tipperary, Davy's Cummins family from Kilkenny, Anna's O'Brien family from Westmeath, and Sonia's Hogan family from Limerick take on The Lake.

Episode 4
Donncha's McGuire family from Wicklow, Davy's Ferns family from Clare, Anna's Cooney family from Cork, and Sonia's Dempsey family from Cork take on The Lake.

Episode 5
Donncha's Flaherty family from Dublin, Davy's Cummins family from Kilkenny, Anna's Magner family from Cork, and Sonia's Hogan family from Limerick take on The Bog.

Episode 6
Laura Fox is on the hunt to find the nation's Fittest Family alongside coaches Sonia O'Sullivan, Anna Geary, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan.

Episode 7
Six families take on The Forest, all battling it out for a place in the grand final of the competition in The Flour Mill. Presented by Laura Fox.

Episode 8
Just four familes remain as this year's Ireland's Fittest Family culminates in the most epic Final yet – in the Flour Mill at Dublin Port.
