Battle Tomato
Legendary Iron Chef Hugh Acheson takes on challenger Chef Alex Chen for a tomato-driven competition. Chef Acheson will bring Sous Chefs Sam Herndon and Ron MacDonald into the kitchen stadium, while Chef Chen brings Sous Chefs Connor Sperling and Kenta Takahashi into battle with him. Judges Franco Stalteri, Adam Gollner, and Mijune Pak will sample the final dishes, and declare a winner.
Battle Cauliflower
Iron Chef Amanda Cohen takes on challenger Chef Rene Rodriguez in a battle over cauliflower. Chef Cohen comes armed with Sous Chefs Shannon Murphy and Amanda-Lee Chesley, while Chef Rodriguez brings Sous Chefs Angie Ford and Razmon Poisson into battle. Judges Marie-Claude Lortie, Tara O'Brady, and Julie Van Rosendaal use their discerning palates to declare a winner.
Battle Venison
Iron Chef Lynn Crawford takes on challenger Chef Jason Bangerter as they tackle venison. Chef Crawford is joined by her trusty Sous Chefs Lora Kirk and Michael Blackie, while Chef Bangerter brings Sous Chefs Daniel Angus and Philippe de Montbrun into the kitchen stadium. Judges Jonathan Cheung, Marie-Claude Lortie, and Suresh Doss must sample the final dishes and declare a winner.
Battle Bivalves
Iron Chef Rob Feenie returns to the kitchen stadium to go head-to-head with challenger Chef John Horne. In a battle of bivalves, Chef Feenie brings Sous Chefs Wayne Harris and Henry Wong to battle alongside him, while Chef Horne is joined by Sous Chefs Malcolm Campbell and Rob McKinlay. Judges Ricardo, Claudia McNeilly, and Jennifer McLagan are tasked with tasting and reviewing each dish, and ultimately, declaring a winner.
Battle Pork
Iron Chef Susur Lee returns to the Iron Chef Canada kitchen Stadium to take on challenger Danny 'Smiles' Francis. Alongside Chef Lee will be Sous Chefs Jonas Mangao and Bryan Gunness, while Chef Francis brings Sous Chefs Brett Davis and Mitchell Laughren into battle with him. Judges Jennifer McLaglan, Pay Chen, and Franco Stalteri must assess the final dishes and declare the winner.
