Season 2
Ray Lennox, is settled back into life with Edinburgh's Serious Crimes team, having fully recovered from his breakdown after the toll of his last investigation.
When a high-ranking member of the establishment is found dead in a Leith warehouse, Lennox is thrown into a case which quickly reveals itself as the work of a serial killer. As victims mount up, Lennox realises these are anything but random. This is the work of a solitary killer with an axe to grind. Never far from his psychological turmoil, Lennox is pushed back towards his demons by this new case.

Episode 1
DI Ray Lennox returns, aiming to move past the Confectioner case. However, when an ex-colleague is attacked, a new case pulls him back in.

Episode 2
There's a development in the case when a body turns up with similar injuries to the victim of the rumoured hotel attack. The victim has an obscure message carved into his body.

Episode 3
The attacker floods the internet with their manifesto and declares there will be a third victim. The race is for Lennox and his team to prevent another death.

Episode 4
Lennox has found a connection between the victims but can't find a motive. As he struggles to find answers, Lennox's past trauma comes back hard.

Episode 5
The hunt to catch the killer ramps up a gear when one of Lennox's team is targeted. Lennox and Drummond look back at a 1992 case.

Episode 6
Lennox makes a shocking discovery that turns the case on its head; all is not as it seems and the truth behind these murders lies closer to home.
