Itchingham Lofte is halfway to his goal of collecting all the elements in the periodic table when he's given a lump of something radioactive identified as element 126. It could either change the world..or could it destroy it?

After Itch obtains an unusual rock, he's excited to discover it could be a powerful new element. But when his home is robbed, Itch realises it might be putting him and his family in danger.
Chronic Boom Boy
When Flowerdew discovers the rock's true power, he arranges to ship it to Switzerland for further testing, but with the help of his friends, Itch manages to steal the rock back before it's too late.
Trust No One
Greencorp discover the rock's missing and Flowerdew goes to desperate measures to get it back. Itch has a run in with some of the Bikers, and Cake, sick with radiation poisoning, tells Itch the rock must be destroyed.
Rock 'n' Roll
Itch, Lucy, Jack and Tim take the rock to the Mining Institute for further testing in a bid to help Cake, but the group risk losing the rock when the Bikers try to take it.
Escape
After the group are rescued from the Mining Institute, they escape Seaburgh with Flowerdew and the rock, only to become stranded when Flowerdew steals the rock, leaving them helpless and lost.
Hi-Tech, Lo-Fi
Itch, Tim and Lucy try to track down the rock, only to be set upon by the Bikers, while Lucy is pursued by a mysterious figure. In Seaburgh, Jack works with Darcy to investigate Greencorp.
Road Trip
While Lucy is questioned by government agents, Itch and Tim escape after stowing away on a bus before being forced to abandon it to evade police, leaving them stranded in the outback.
Friends and Enemies
Itch and Tim struggle to survive in the harsh outback after evading police, before Itch is double-crossed by Tim. Back in Seaburgh, Lucy, Jack and Chloe uncover the truth about Greencorp.
End Game
After surviving a night in the outback, Itch comes across a roadhouse where he boards a bus headed north, while his dad and Australian Intelligence work to track him down.

Itch risks his life by venturing to an abandoned mine shaft to get rid of the rock, leading to a final showdown with Tim and Flowerdew, with Itch managing to defeat them both and destroy the rock.
