Ben travels to the city of love, Paris to meet a friendly AI robot, Rachel carry's out her own tests into how the ‘Placebo Effect' works with incredible results. And we also attempt to set a brand new world record using the power of a laser.

Tonight, only science will save Ben's life as he has flaming cross bow bolts fired at his head, Romesh discovers how technology is being used to manipulate our taste buds in the food industry, Rachel meets the extraordinary British team who are trying to create the first car to travel at a thousand miles an hour, while we see how sounds is being used as a new type of fire extinguisher.
