At 22 stones, 16-year-old Evie feels ashamed to walk down the street with her family, who have a combined weight of over 60 stone. She blames her size on mum Kirstie overfeeding her, but can the two, along with stepdad Ash, reach a healthier weight?

Episode 2
14-year-old Libby weighs north of 22 stone, and believes her mum is embarrassed by her size, which pushes Libby toward comfort eating. Together with her family, Libby now wants to embark on a strict diet and exercise regime to turn her life around.

Sol began comfort eating after he came out as gay.

Episode 4
Cameras focus on 18-year-old Charlotte, who lives near Southampton and weighs 25st. She is desperate to shed her own weight, and also fears her dad's size could be life-threatening.

Episode 5
Brighton-based Josh says he eats because he is bored _ and also to drown out the sounds of arguing from his parents. Cameras focus on the 16-year-old who weighs more than 20 stone.

Episode 6
The documentary follows Ellie, an 18-year-old who weighs more than 17 stone and blames her mother Paula for not putting a stop to her over-eating.
