The hunt is on! Eight well-known Danes have committed a coup and stolen four priceless diamonds. The first goal is to get away from the crime scene, but some of Denmark's best investigators are on the case, and every single misstep can prove to be decisive in the 10 days that the hunt lasts. Which of the celebrities is cunning enough to outmaneuver and escape the investigators?

Unaware that the trail of their cars is hot, the diamond sisters, Elvira and Thalia, and their friends, Skinz and Jonathan, smoke in one number plate recognition after another, across Zealand. Ahead at the Great Belt Bridge, the investigators' trap awaits, so does the escape already end here on day two? Mette and Mahamad's escape plans are revealed by a hotel receptionist, while Nicolaj and Sara Maria think they are fooling the investigators.

Mette and Mahamed run a huge risk when they go home to Mahamad's apartment to collect a belt. The sisters Elvira and Thalia are totally out in the open in Southern Jutland without GPS. Nicolaj and Sara Maria fool the investigators and go on a tour of the West Coast, while Skinz and Jonathan set a trap for Elvira and Thalia without realizing it.

A nerve-wracking, secret meeting awaits in Eventyrhaven in Odense. On day five, the stolen diamonds must be exchanged for an escape ticket out of the country, but when the celebrities turn up at the same time and place, they realize that someone has been caught. The investigators smell blood and intensify the hunt by offering a reward of DKK 5,000 to those who will stab the known and reveal their whereabouts.

Panic sets in when Skinz and Jonathan spot an investigator out of the train window at Fredericia Railway Station. And then action must be taken quickly if they are to escape. Mette and Mahamad take advantage of their network of comedians and go underground in the small town of Give, while Sara Maria and Nicolaj feel the pressure in Aarhus. With no money in their pockets, they take a risky chance that gives the investigators a golden opportunity to trap them.

Everything is accelerating, and the three remaining escape pairs can glimpse the finish line ahead. But will any of them manage to escape in the end? Not if it's up to the hungry investigators, who fight fiercely to get the known ones down before time runs out. Anything can happen, and no one knows where the hunt will end until the very end, when a helicopter stands ready to fly the known out of the country and to safety.
