Tash is packing her rucksack for Glastonbury, gearing up to climb over the fence. Spike outrages her when it transpires that he has actually bought a ticket. Her son Raph is in tow (reluctantly), complete with fairy wings. Of course, Tash's plan fails, but to call Caroline, who is in the VIP campsite, would be to admit defeat. Caroline has problems of her own, though, trying to stop the Magic Numbers from breaking the swingball set.

The men are disappointed when the annual Clatterford Roundheads v Cavaliers battle re-enactment is cancelled after Health and Safety concerns. It's the Guild to the rescue,though, who come up with an alternative safe plan to save the event; one that includes a giant Soduko and a speed knitting contest. The simmering rivalry between Spike and Marcus over Tash's affections ends in a beer-fuelled clash on the novelty battlefield.

Clatterford Guild's continuing rivalry with the Guild from neighbouring Hole rears its ugly head in the form of a duet of sporting grudge matches - first netball and then crown green bowls, with all pressure on Rosie in the final moments. Meanwhile, Spike has written a love letter to Tash and offered her a dramatic ultimatum - 'leave Marcus and meet me by the Twisty Tree' - or he will give up on their love.

Tash accepts Spike's proposal of marriage and they decide to organise their own unique wedding ceremony. When it all gets a bit too much, a distraught Tash throws herself at Sal's mercy. Secretly delighted to be able to organise her daughter's big day, Sal enlists the help of the guild to create a magical Faerie Wedding by a babbling brook, with bewinged flower fairies, and a final magical send-off party for the happy couple.
